What types of wood do you use?
We currently produce signs in maple and cherry. The material available for each design is shown on its product page. Walnut is being evaluated for possible future products and is not currently available for purchase. Because wood is a natural material, grain, color, markings, and engraving tone will vary.
Can I choose the wood?
Some designs may offer a choice of maple or cherry. When a wood choice is available, it will appear as an option on the product page. If no choice is shown, the material listed in the product specifications is the material used for that item.
Where are your products made?
Lasergraphix724 pieces are prepared, engraved, finished, inspected, and packed in our Pennsylvania shop.
Can I personalize a product?
Yes. Many designs can include names, dates, badge numbers, department details, coordinates, or other meaningful information. For a completely original idea, visit our Custom Orders page.
How long will my order take?
Ready-made items generally ship within 2–4 business days. Standard personalized and made-to-order products generally require 7–14 business days. Highly detailed collector pieces may require 10–15 business days or longer. Product pages include any special production estimate.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch, we ship to addresses within the United States. Available carrier rates are calculated during checkout.
Can custom or personalized products be returned?
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and individually numbered products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details. Eligible ready-made products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the item and all packaging until the claim is resolved.
How should I care for an engraved wood piece?
Display it indoors in a dry environment. Dust gently with a soft cloth and avoid prolonged direct sunlight, standing water, harsh cleaners, and extreme heat or humidity.
Can you reproduce any logo or artwork?
Please submit only artwork, logos, photographs, and other materials that you own or have permission to use. We may decline requests that could infringe another party’s rights.
