RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your Lasergraphix724 purchase. Please review the following policy before placing an order.
READY-MADE PRODUCTS
Returns of eligible, non-personalized products may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and individually numbered limited-edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.
Please carefully review all names, dates, numbers, spelling, dimensions, and other customization information before submitting your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem, photographs of the product, and photographs of the shipping packaging.
After reviewing the information, Lasergraphix724 may provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Please retain the product and all packaging until the claim is resolved.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun. Once materials have been prepared, personalization has been approved, or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Contact Lasergraphix724 before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of authorization.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
